The Mongan Institute for Health Policy (MIHP) is widely recognized for the stature and expertise of its interdisciplinary faculty, all of whom hold appointments at Harvard Medical School.  MIHP offers a unique research setting, linking extensive resources of Partners HealthCare System, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Harvard Medical School to provide opportunities for scholarship and practical innovation and exploration. MIHP faculty include clinicians from a variety of specialties as well as investigators with expertise in health services research, survey science, clinical psychology, decision analysis, and sociology, among other fields.  MIHP’s affiliated faculty members, who collaborate extensively with their MIHP-based colleagues, also represent a wide range of clinical and research areas.  This diverse faculty and the unique research setting foster a dynamic interplay between academic and applied pursuits, with an opportunity to collaborate with leading experts in health care, health policy, and health system design.
